Agreement to Receive Electronic Disclosures

By proceeding with your loan application electronically, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this eDisclosure Agreement between you and MortgageOne, Inc. ("Company"), for the electronic delivery of Loan Documents in connection with your mortgage loan transaction(s).

Your Consent

Your consent will apply to all Loan Documents for the applicable loans. If you provide consent, we will conduct this transaction electronically. If a document is not available electronically, a paper copy will be provided free of charge. Choosing not to accept eDisclosures results in all Loan Documents being mailed to you — at no cost.

Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, notify us via telephone or mail using the contact information below. You will not be required to pay any fee for withdrawing consent or for receiving paper copies thereafter.

Obtaining Paper Copies

After giving consent, you may request paper copies of your Loan Documents at any time by contacting us below. There is no fee for paper copies.

System Requirements

To receive eDisclosures, you must have:

• A computer or mobile device with reliable Internet access and an active email account
• An Internet browser using 128-bit encryption or higher
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher (or equivalent PDF viewer)
• SSL encryption support
• Access to a printer or the ability to download and save files for your records

If system requirements change and you can no longer receive eDisclosures, paper copies will be mailed to you upon notification. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you before any such changes occur.

Keeping Your Contact Information Current

You must promptly notify us of any change to your email address or contact information. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of eDisclosures resulting from an invalid email address, spam filtering, or internet service malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
