We will acknowledge your concern within one business day and work toward a resolution within 15 business days. For complex matters, we will provide a written response within 30 days.

Step 2 — Regulatory Agencies

If you are unable to resolve your concern directly with Veteran MortgageOne / MortgageOne, Inc., you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate state or federal regulatory agency.

Texas Recovery Fund: The Department maintains a Recovery Fund to make payments of certain actual out-of-pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the Recovery Fund must be filed with and investigated by the Department prior to the payment of a claim. The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation evaluates our record of helping to meet the lending needs of the community. You are entitled to certain information about our operations and performance under the ILCRA. ⚠️ Mortgage and Real Estate Wire Transfer Fraud is on the Rise. Be aware that MortgageOne, Inc. will never send or email wiring instructions. All wiring instructions received from any party should be verbally verified directly with your escrow officer, closing attorney, or title company before any wire transfer is initiated.
