We will acknowledge your concern within one business day and work toward a resolution within 15 business days. For complex matters, we will provide a written response within 30 days.
If you are unable to resolve your concern directly with Veteran MortgageOne / MortgageOne, Inc., you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate state or federal regulatory agency.
TEXAS RESIDENTS: Consumers wishing to file a complaint against a mortgage company or residential mortgage loan originator licensed in Texas should send a completed complaint form to the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SML):
Texas Recovery Fund: The Department maintains a Recovery Fund to make payments of certain actual out-of-pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the Recovery Fund must be filed with and investigated by the Department prior to the payment of a claim. For more information about the Recovery Fund, visit www.sml.texas.gov.
Residential mortgage loan servicers are regulated by the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation. To file a complaint, call 866-814-9710 or visit dfr.oregon.gov.

You are entitled to certain information about our operations and performance under the ILCRA.
